Närokällan ALA contains 300 mg of ALA (alpha-lipoic acid) and 40 mcg of chromium per capsule. Alpha-lipoic acid was originally discovered in the 1950s and has since been studied for its multifaceted benefits. It is found naturally in small amounts in foods such as red meat, spinach, broccoli and potatoes, but in much lower concentrations than found in our dietary supplement.
