The basis of BRAGG organic vinegars and drinks is a real "raw" apple cider vinegar that is: unfiltered, unheated, and unpasteurized, with an acid content of 5%. It contains the fantastic "Modern" (The Mother) also called "the mother". These are string-like protein molecules, enzymes and minerals that ordinary apple cider vinegar does not have, as it has been subjected to processing and filtration. It is the "mother" that makes up the nutritious part of apple cider vinegar. This variety is very rare and can only be found in unfiltered apple cider vinegar that has not been heated.
