Bromelain is a protease enzyme that helps the body break down proteins, either in connection with meals or between meals. Närokällan's Bromelain is extra strong, the bromelain enzyme is extracted from the pineapple stem. Taking in conjunction with a high-protein meal or between meals in consultation with a nutritionist.
