Our oregano oil contains 2 parts of olive oil and 1 part of oregano oil. The ancient Greeks pressed oil from Oregano. Oregano grew in the mountains at the Mediterranean Sea and was easy to harvest. Oregano oil is excellent both internally and externally and can be used as skin oil. However, it may be good to know that oreganohola smell strongly of oregano. 1 ton of oregano gives about 10 liters of oil.
The main ingredient is carvacrol and our wild oregano contains as much as 80% Carvacrol.
Use
This oregano is not exactly the same as we use as a spice in the kitchen. This is extremely strong as oil.
May cause a burning sensation directly on sensitive skin / mucous membranes / tongue.
Take it to the food and for shorter periods. One to two weeks of use and then take a break from using it.
NOTE! As this oil is so concentrated and can be burned very much if cleaned, we recommend that it be diluted in any oil or preferably in empty capsules that you can easily fill yourself.
May be diluted on the skin or orally.
Pour the droplets into water, in an empty capsule, on teaspoon with honey or on salads and in food.
