Complete Probio contains ten carefully selected strains of lactic acid bacteria to support a balanced intestinal flora and good digestion. Among these is the unique and well-studied strain Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1®, known for its ability to survive the acidic environment of the stomach and establish itself in the intestine.
When it reaches the intestinal system, DDS-1® contributes, among other things, to the production of the enzyme lactase, which helps the body break down lactose. In addition to probiotics, Complete Probio also contains fructooligosaccharides (FOS) – a prebiotic fiber that acts as nutrition for the good bacteria.
The combination of probiotics and prebiotics makes the product a so-called synbiotic, which strengthens the effect and support for your digestive health.
