A formula of the entire B-vitamin spectrum in liquid form for optimal absorption. Aktiv B Komplex contains vitamin B2 in the form of riboflavin-5-phosphate, vitamin B6 as P-5-P, folic acid as methyl folate and B12 as methylcobalamin. The active forms do not need to be converted in the body and are therefore absorbed more easily.
