Närokällan Lion's Mane is a mushroom extract in capsule form that is easy to use. This super mushroom has been well-publicized in recent years, for its properties linked to cognitive ability, mood and the nervous system.

Lion's Mane is originally the English name for the mushroom which in Swedish is called Hedgehog mushroom (Latin: Hericium erinaceum). This is a type of thorn fungus that grows on trees. The fungus looks like a hanging mane and is white to yellowish-white in color. It is protected in Sweden, but is abundant in Asia, where it is sold both fresh and dried.
