SALTE electrolytes combine the most important electrolytes in larger quantities: 800 mg sodium, 400 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium, without added sugar.
This product is designed to restore electrolyte balance and improve performance when needed.
It is optimal for an active lifestyle and is advantageously taken before or after exercise, at high temperatures in the summer or when you feel generally tired. Also try with a sauna or other physical activity.

Ingredients: Sodium chloride, acid (malic acid), natural apple flavor, potassium chloride, magnesium malate, sweetener (steviol glycosides).
1 sachet is mixed with 400 - 600 ml of water. The taste is adjusted by using more or less water.
