Why does the consistency of the broth sometimes differ?
STHL Nordic cooks its bone broth on organic marrow bones, and when slaughtering/cutting it is natural that each bone used contains different very "meaty details" , such as meat, bound. pith, etc. This in turn means that there are slight variations from batch to batch, and that some cans can be experienced as more or less "jelly".
Cooking bone broth is a craft, and each batch will have its own unique flavor and texture.
