Dosage and use
Enjoy a foot spa twice a week for regular maintenance of your magnesium balance. If you have health problems, we recommend a foot spa every other day, preferably in the evening before you go to bed.
Dosage: 125 grams for approx. 4 liters of hot water. Recommended temperature is 37 ° C. Duration: at least 20 minutes, preferably half an hour.
NOTE: not suitable for use in electric foot baths (due to corrosive properties of magnesium, which affects steel parts such as pumps).
