MCT oil provides a fast energy supplement from fat rather than from sugar. It provides a more stable, clearer energy that allows you to do more. Works perfect for mixing in the morning coffee, in the water at the gym or taking a spoon immediately after work when you feel drained.
Unlike other MCT oil, Närokällan MCT oil contains only pure caprylic acid (C8) from coconut. While regular MCT oil contains both C8, C10 and often C12.
These fatty acids are not as potent as pure C8. In addition, they are often extracted from palm oil instead of coconut oil.
